Alongside overseeing Liposhape’s brand, digital communications and marketing strategy, Scarlet is involved in wider clinic operations and helps to ensure patients receive clear, consistent information throughout their journey. I’m one of the first point of contacts for our patients, helping to make those initial steps feel easy, comfortable, and reassuring. I take the time to answer questions, provide clear information about our treatments, and ensure every patient feels informed and at ease from the very beginning.
Creating a smooth and stress-free booking experience. Once the first appointment is secured, I hand patients over to the next member of our team, ensuring a seamless transition so they continue to feel supported throughout their journey.
